<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>内容提要：良好的生活方式，平衡是根本，适度是核心，坚持是基础，细节是关键，一句话，细节决定活百岁。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>细节决定活百岁 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>“生命在于运动”，这是尽人皆知的名言。还有人说 “生命在于静止”，“生命在于营养”，“生命在于舒畅”。从生命现象的本质看，这些都是片面的。生命的本质是什么？究竟健康长寿靠什么？从古到今，从国内到国外，人们都在探索。秦始皇没有找到长生不老药。中国4000年中经历了67个王朝，446个皇帝，活到古稀之年者仅有武则天、乾隆等9个皇帝。其他都短命，平均才活了42岁。按理，他们的补品、药品、营养、生活均是优越的，但寿命却不如老百姓长，这是为什么呢？现代科学证明，关键是生活方式。世界卫生组织（WHO）明确公告：“健康基因遗传因素占15%，社会因素占10%，医疗条件占8%，气候条件占7%，生活方式占60%”。研究证明，良好的生活方式可减少高血压病发病率55%，已有高血压发生脑中风减少75%，糖尿病减少50%，癌症减少1/3，传染病减少50%以上。生命在于平衡，平衡才能健康长寿，失衡就会生病、生癌，甚至死亡。宇宙间万事万物无一不遵循这个道理，这是宇宙间一切生命存在永恒不灭的法则。孔子的中庸之道，老子的道家学说，中医的阴阳五行，国际上提出的健康宣言等等，都是平衡论。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>老子早已指出：“我命在我不在天”，“天下大事，必做于细”。也就是说，你的生命完全掌握在你自己的手中，特别是生活细节。人生犹如一盘棋，一步走错，全盘皆输。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>你相信吃汤团憋死人吗？仅仅要求细嚼慢咽，不要狼吞虎咽这一细节，谁能想到因此会失去一条性命呢？最近连续有吃年糕冶噎死人的报道。糊涂一点的人因为下棋生气就倒在棋盘旁。大家都说要保护脑门心、背心、脚心，不要受凉，避免感冒，有人却不在意，洗了头在风口吹，得了感冒，不几天就诊断为病毒性心肌炎，后来出现心律不齐，最后为了保命，急诊手术装了心脏起搏器。所以说小不在意惹大祸。大家都说吸烟绝对不好，有人却说生肺癌的、突发心肌梗塞的，不吸烟的也有，依次照吸不误，满不在乎，而且在日常生活中吃饺子要咸要油，晚饭后坐到沙发上吃红皮花生米看电视，结果呢，肺癌还未找他，心肌梗塞找到他了，做急诊手术在心脏装了两个支架，搭了一次桥，差点把命搭进去了。更有甚者，淋浴时右手高举点燃的烟，左手在擦洗身体，这不是虚构的笑话，确有其事，当事人还是个医生呢，他先后发生过三次脑中风，不是中风他的烟还戒不了啊！我抢救过一个高干，他起夜突然倒在厕所门口，他爱人说：“他要注意三个半分钟”起夜的细节，可能还不会出事呢！有位老同志煤气炉上烧着肉，出门又忘带钥匙，等他想起急得心脏病发作，被送进医院，儿子赶回家，焦味满屋，锅也烧穿，你看关好煤气，带上钥匙，会出这事吗？细节多重要。我还遇到过一位快90岁的老人，二十年前因肩痛不能举手梳头，按肩周炎治疗无效，儿子把他从千里之外接到上海，全面体检及时发现肾癌，早查、早诊、早手术，癌症治愈。但二十年后老人再次到上海，担心在列车上如厕不方便，麻烦家人，大热天控制饮水，喝水少，又吃油大的甜点，结果一到上海就发生了脑中风。你看细节不注意，多影响健康。例子实在太多了，美国科学家M?F?德罗说：“细节是魔鬼”。细节决定健康，细节决定生命。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>从养生角度看，养生关键是细节，核心是适度，无论吃、喝、运动都是这样。老人最有体会，晚上多吃了一点，胃就难受，睡眠受影响，长期这样，能不生病吗？胃病、脂肪肝、胆结石能不找他吗？养生的基础则是坚持，再好的养生绝招，你三天打鱼，两天晒网，不能坚持，等于白费，有的人想到了锻炼重要，开始了跑步，过几天坚持不了。过一段时间，别人将打太极拳、舞太极剑好，他又练了，没过半月，又不能坚持了，锻炼成了空话。为了身体，非狠下决心，强化恒心不可。我们说，养生基础是坚持，核心是适度，关键是细节，根本是平衡。从生命本质看都是为了平衡，才能实现活百岁。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>下面我从细节角度谈谈平衡，平衡是瞬间的，平衡却又是永恒的，每个人均应努力使自己做好平衡，主要是营养平衡、动静平衡、环境平衡和心理平衡。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>一、营养平衡 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>营养素是生命的物质基础，没有营养素就没有健康。成人身体已不再生长，要根据热能的消耗量来决定热能的摄入，也就是“量出为入”，使身体热能收支平衡，这样才能保持适当体重，保持健康。摄入量过多或过少，吃的比例不对，就会失去平衡，也会没有健康。为了营养平衡，饮食必须合理。《中国居民膳食指南》明确指出，（1）食物多样，谷类为主；（2）多吃蔬菜、水果、薯类；（3）每天吃奶及豆类、豆制品；（4）常吃适量鱼禽蛋瘦肉，少吃肥肉及荤油；（5）吃清淡及少盐膳食；（6）食量和体力活动相适应，保持适宜体重；（7）饮酒限量；（8）吃清洁卫生的食物。此外做到三餐合理，一般早中晚餐的能量，分别占总能量的30%、40%、30%为宜。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>与此相配套，科学家提出了膳食金字塔。美国Tufts大学最近针对老年人以往膳食金字塔做了新的变动更改。原来底层为6个份额的谷物类，现在改为底层是8个份额的水及果汁等液体（约2000毫升）。多纤维素在金字塔每层都更加强调，全谷物类强调全谷、粗粮、糙米。每周至少两次以四季豆、扁豆、蚕豆来代替肉类食品。蔬果类比例为5：2。提倡营养高、密度高的食物，如菠菜、莴笋、薯类、南瓜、芹菜、黄瓜、苹果、柑橘、草莓、桃杏等。强调塔的顶尖严格限制脂肪，油（25克）、糖（10克）、盐（6克）的摄入。在原金字塔顶竖起一面小旗做醒示物，即应补充某些营养素，如维生素A、D、B12、E和铁剂。但营养学家们强调，老年人除了早上一杯奶，晚间还可增加一杯奶。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>现在营养学流行通俗简便的两句话，“一、二、三、四、五；红、黄、绿、白、黑”。“一”指每日一杯牛奶或一杯酸奶。“二”指每餐二两粮食。“三”指每日三份蛋白，每份指肉类二两（瘦猪牛羊肉、或鸡鸭肉或鱼虾）或豆制品二两或鸡蛋一个。“四”指四句话，有粗有细（粗细粮搭配），不咸不甜，三四五顿，七八分饱。“五”指每日吃500克蔬菜和水果，保持身体处于弱碱性，有助于防病防癌。“红”指西红柿，红葡萄酒（100毫升以内）等。“黄”指南瓜、胡萝卜、黄豆、玉米等。“绿”指绿茶、深绿色蔬菜等。“白”指燕麦、茭白、白萝卜等。“黑”指香菇、黑木耳、黑芝麻等。实际是指食物品种应多样，每天至少应在10种以上，最好天天换花样，利于营养互补。要“三远三近”，远离三白（白糖、盐、动物油），近三黑（黑木耳、黑芝麻、香菇类）。从营养价值看，四条腿（猪牛羊）不如两条腿（鸡鸭），两条腿不如没有腿（鱼类等）。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>这两句话把饮食合理、营养平衡具体化了，容易记，按两句话做，基本可以达到营养平衡。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>保证饮食合理、营养平衡还应重视一下细节问题。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>1、吃什么油最好？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>脂肪是人体必需的营养素，但不宜多，要保持营养平衡，肥肉饱和脂肪酸高、胆固醇高，应尽量少吃。食用植物油含饱和脂肪酸虽少，但也不宜多吃，一般每人每天有25克就够了。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>油的质量，起码条件是不含黄曲霉素、化学残留物及变质成分。最好是采取科学的物理压榨工艺产生的油。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>油是否好，应看脂肪酸含量，国际营养要求的标准是： </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（1）饱和脂肪酸在油中的含量应在12%以下，否则吃多了同样会引发高血脂、高血粘、动脉粥样硬化等心脑血管病。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（2）多不饱和脂肪酸，分为两种成分，一种是亚洲酸,一种是亚麻酸，他们不能由体内合成。只能从饮水中摄取，故营养学家把它称为必需氨基酸。植物油是必需氨基酸主要来源，它富含，而则多存在于海味、核桃、鱼、绿叶菜中。及要有一定比例，应为4：1（最好是1：1），正常每天吃3～4克，吃1克，即可平衡。但我们一般人二者的比例达25：1，仅为需要量的1/10，产生平衡失调，对身体是不利的。在油中亚油酸的含量应低于15%，亚麻酸的含量应高于2.5%～3%。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>最近发现植物油在氢化加工过程中产生一种人造分子，即反式脂肪酸，比饱和脂肪酸更恶劣更坏。过去吃奶油蛋糕，因奶油的饱和脂肪坏，国外又用植物油做成麦淇淋蛋糕，现在才发现这种反式脂肪酸更坏。现在只得吃鲜奶蛋糕了。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（3）单不饱和脂肪酸可在体内由碳水化合物转化，在油中含量应高于70%，它有增高高密度脂蛋白（好胆固醇）、降低低密度脂蛋白（坏胆固醇）的作用，因此有保护心脑血管系统、降低糖尿病及癌症发生率的功能。野茶油和橄榄油含单不饱和脂肪酸最高（72&auml;80%），含饱和脂肪酸最低。是最理想的食用油。其次芝麻油、花生油、豆油。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>2、吃多少盐最好？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>盐所含钠是人体内不可缺少的元素。但盐对健康损害也最大。总的来说，一天食物中所含钠已够身体所需，少吃盐并无妨碍。一人一天最多不应超过6克。一个三口之家一月最好不超过一斤。这个限量中还应包括酱油、咸菜。一块酱豆腐就含4克盐，发面馒头中的碱也是钠。味精也含钠。都应少吃。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>3、吃那些食物最好？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>世界卫生组织（WTO）公布三年研究的最佳食品榜。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>最佳水果：木瓜、草莓、橘子、柑、猕猴桃、芒果、杏、柿子、苹果、西瓜。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>最佳蔬菜：红薯、芦笋、卷心菜、花菜、芹菜、茄子、胡萝卜、荠菜、金针菇、大白菜。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>最佳肉类：除鱼类外，鹅、鸭其脂肪量不比畜肉类（猪、牛、羊）少，但其化学结构接近于橄榄油，有益于心脏。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>最近全国营养学权威专家评选出十类健康食品：（1）大豆及大豆制品（豆腐、豆奶、豆浆）；（2）十字花科蔬菜，如花菜、卷心菜、白菜；（3）牛奶和酸奶；（4）海鱼；（5）西红柿；（6）黑木耳等菌菇类食物；（7）绿茶；（8）胡萝卜；（9）荞麦；（10）禽蛋。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>4、吃哪些食物不好？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>(1)应限制的食品：高度白酒；烟熏类食品（烤牛羊肉、腊肉。火腿、咸肉等）；腌菜类食品（咸菜、酱菜、榨菜、泡菜等）；煎炸类食品；含糖饮料。（2）应少吃的食品：松花蛋、臭豆腐、方便面、炸薯条、油条、味精、爆米花、动物内脏（尤其是脑、肝）、果冻、粉条。（3）尽量不吃的食物：含较多食品添加剂、香精、色素、杀虫剂、保鲜剂的食品；养鱼池中饲养的鱼（含抗生素）；用激素和化学养料催长的动物肉；罐头食品、保鲜食品；从污染地区运来的蔬果。（4）绝对不要吃的食物：青西红柿；长斑红薯；发芽土豆；腐烂生姜；烂白菜；未主熟的四季豆及豆类；鲜黄花菜；未腌透的腌菜；畸形瓜果；变质甘蔗；霉茶叶；霉花生米；变质银耳；死蟹、死鳝、头体分离的虾、毛蚶及质量不好变质的食品。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>5、怎样清洗蔬果上的农药？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>农业部数据显示，我国农药年用量达80～100万吨，其中使用在农作物、果树、花卉等的化学农药约占95%，虽保证了丰收，但污染了环境，给健康带来了威胁。那么，怎样清除这些污染呢？方法有：（1）浸泡法，在清水中浸泡30分钟，约可减少30%农药。（2）分解法，清洗后用盐或食用碱加入水中（浓度为10克/1000毫升水），泡5～10分钟，然后用清水冲洗后烹饪。（3）加热法，清洗后在沸水中棹2～3分钟。（4）去皮法，有皮菜应削皮。（5）贮存减毒法，农药随时间推移可分解。可将南瓜、冬瓜等存放10～15天。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>6、怎样烹出营养？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（1）温度。并非温度越高营养丧失越多。现已证实，烹饪时温度66度，菠菜中维生素C损失90%，而在95度时，仅损失18%。原因是50～65度分解维生素的霉更加活跃，而在70度以上，这种霉就受到抑制，维生素就不再被破坏了。所以，大火快炒适量加少许醋，可以避免维生素破坏。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（2）时间。烹饪时间越长，营养损失越多。因此，菜汤中营养多，不宜倒掉。猪肉经过慢火煮1～2个小时，其中的饱和脂肪酸减少30%～50%，不饱和脂肪酸成倍增加。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（3）水量。不喝汤的菜水应少加，否则，营养就倒掉了。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（4）用具。铝锅释放铝，破坏维生素，还易致痴呆。烹饪选用铁制或不锈钢锅为好。存放未加添加剂的菜肉鸡鱼，以玻璃容器或瓷器为好。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（5）方法。蒸破坏性大，短时间用水炖比较理想，如洋葱、菠菜用大火短时间煸烧就有益。粮食中的豆类则应火候足，小火长时间煮，以保证吸收。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>7、吃营养品为何也要适度？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>营养食品并非多多益善。多了，除了使营养失衡，还会产生副作用。黄豆含优质蛋白质多，还有植物雌激素，又无饱和脂肪酸的忧虑，但也不宜过量，过量会抑制正常铁吸收，引起消化不良，促使碘排泄引起碘缺乏，促使痛风发作。有痛风、尿酸高的人，最好将豆腐、豆制品用水先煮一下，把易溶于水的嘌呤类物质去掉再吃。花生含微量元素丰富，营养价值高，但是多吃了也是有害的，特别是它那个红外衣，对治疗血小板减少有效，但老年人吃了容易促进血栓形成，引起心肌梗塞和脑中风发生。吃花生米，千万注意剥去它的红外衣。再如，黑木耳有很好的抗凝、补铁作用，又有纤维素，但吃得太多，有溃疡病的人会引起出血。牛奶是优质蛋白，但每天也是只能控制在500毫升以内，因它可生成对血管非常危险的分子——高半胱氨酸，这种分子极易沉积在血管壁，造成动脉硬化狭窄，最终引发心梗、中风，另外还易诱发老年白内障。因此，任何营养，必须掌握食量，贵在适度。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>8、吃蔬菜有哪些误区？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（1）先切后洗，营养大量损失。应先洗后切。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（2）挤菜汁。饺子、混沌馅汁常要挤掉，这要丢失70%的维生素、矿物质。最好将挤出的汁做汤。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（3）贮存过长，丧失营养、变质。菠菜在20摄氏度环境中放置一天，维生素C损失84%，因此存放菜应避光、通风干燥。原则上应尽量吃新鲜的。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（4）冷藏不当。黄瓜不宜低于10度。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（5）生吃蔬菜，不能彻底去除农药，不易消毒。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（6）烧菜隔顿吃，烧好青菜15分钟后维生素减少20%，放30分钟减少30%，放1小时损失50%，隔夜还含有致癌物，而且菜变质易致肠炎。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（7）素油代替荤油。人们怕荤油，怕脂肪太多，炒菜放很多素油，实际素油也和荤油一样，每克油能产生9千卡热量，一人一天不应超过25克（即一汤匙）。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（8）吃半生四季豆，生四季豆含皂素，不煮去皂素会引起腹泻。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（9）菠菜不去草酸，影响钙的吸收。应在沸水中先煮2分钟，去掉草酸，再炒则不会影响钙的吸收。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（10）长期吃素菜，易营养缺乏。适量胆固醇是身体需要的，缺乏蛋白质、核黄素及锌，会使免疫功能低下，易生病、生癌。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>9、怎样补钙合理？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>人们越来越重视三大元素，钙、铁、锌。特别是钙的补充。但怎样补钙才合理呢？一天饮食中已有400毫克钙，若每天早晚各喝一杯奶或早一杯奶、晚一杯酸奶，一般无需再服钙片。牛奶是最好的天然钙，最容易吸收，是最佳的选择。但不要空腹喝牛奶，最好在餐后喝，否则不易吸收。若喝牛奶腹泻，可改喝酸奶，或喝豆浆、吃豆制品，也可吃含钙量高的芝麻、虾皮等。此外，应注意含丰富植酸的菠菜、毛豆、茭白。烹饪前用沸水，避免影响钙的吸收。高蛋白饮食也会影响钙的吸收，荤菜应适度。多饮碳酸饮料也会增加钙的流失。少吃盐，也等于补钙，这是一箭双雕的好事。此外，补钙同时还应晒太阳及吃鱼虾类食品，增加维生素D、磷，重视体育锻炼，钙才能有效吸收，体内的钙才会有用武之地，也才能防治骨质疏松症。对于孕妇及少数老年人及长期不良饮食习惯者，食补以外也可选择吸收的因素少，另一方面晚间12点至凌晨血钙最低。老人、孕妇最易发生腿部抽筋等缺钙现象。对不服钙片者，晚上喝牛奶也很好，既易吸收又帮助睡眠。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>10、喝什么水好？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>不是可乐，不是含糖饮料，也不是碳酸饮料。日常以喝水及绿茶水最好（每天8杯）。怎样选择水呢？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（1）功能性离子水。它是通过隔膜电解生成的小分子团水，其碱性离子水渗透性强、溶解度高，具有抗自由基作用，是比较理想有活性的功能水，具有一定的保健作用。应注意选质量可靠的设备。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（2）矿泉水。真正矿泉水是好的，具有一定的保健作用。但有的矿泉水所含矿物质不成比例，则不一定好。特别是有的矿泉水实际是人工将纯净水中加入几种矿物质微量元素，很难保证自然正常比例，可能还会缺少某些需要的微量元素，应选择正宗品牌水饮用。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（3）纯净水（蒸馏水、太空水），把所有有害无害的物质、元素都去掉了。若饮用及烧饭全用纯净水，水中各种微量元素都没有了，长此以往，可能会有潜在危害。用于泡茶饮用，保持茶水口感好，但不宜多用。特别是老人及小孩不宜长期饮用。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（4）再过滤的自来水。从水厂处理过的自来水，已经细菌毒理等35项监测，但经过水管网及水箱到水龙头的水，最好还是使用简便、经济的活性炭净化器再过滤后使用。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>日常用水也应注意。早上放上一夜水管中的死水。饮用水可先放几个小时再用（但不宜超过一天）。存储3天以上的老化旧水，其分子的键状结构受不到撞击而变形，不宜饮用。开水一般沸腾三分钟，不要煮沸过久，水不开或煮沸过久不好，反复煮沸及暖瓶中存了几天的水都不宜饮用。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>二、动静平衡 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>适度运动，可增强心、脑、肺、胃肠、神经内分泌、免疫各系统功能。美国哈佛大学研究表明，人在35岁以后，这些功能每年以0.75%～1%的速度退化，不运动和坐着的人其退化的速度是经常锻炼人的两倍，衰老程度相差8年，到45岁时彼此相差达20年，以后每过10年差距递增2年。由此可见，运动对中老年人来说，是生命进程中多么重要的大事。美国疾病控制中心报告指出，适度运动可使血液中好胆固醇含量上升4%，使坏胆固醇的含量下降5%。美国医学会公布，每天运动相当于快走30分钟的人比不活动的人死亡率降低56%。当然运动过度，会有损健康，甚至发生猝死、中风等。动得过少甚至不动也有损健康，不动已成为全世界引起死亡或残疾的前十项原因之一。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>1、怎样适度运动呢？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>适度运动的原则是，有氧运动，安全适度，方法简便，持之以恒。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（1）什么时间最好？早上锻炼并不好。晨间空气质量不好。《黄帝内经》里记载，没有太阳不要锻炼。从现代科学的角度看，很有道理。早上有了阳光后，污浊的空气下沉了，污染物质减少，没有反流现象了。科学测定证明，下午3点空气质量最好，对上班族晚练也比较适宜。另外，早晨6～9点，是一天中血压最高的时间，运动更易引发血压增高，容易引发心脑血管疾病。因此，锻炼最好在下午3、4点中。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（2）什么运动项目最好？一般作有氧代谢运动，即做操、打拳、慢跑等等。对中老年人而言最好就是快走。常速步行30分钟可燃烧132千卡热量，快步走可燃烧186千卡热量，既可锻炼心肺功能，又能减去过多脂肪，人们称之为健康走。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（3）怎样掌握有效运动量？走路抬头挺胸微收腹，不要前弓后仰，不要像逛商店一样慢悠悠地走步，这根本达不到锻炼效果。运动一定要达到有效的运动量方能有效果。现在推荐的“三、五、七”概念就十分明确。“三”就是每次运动坚持在30分钟以上，运动时间不足20分钟，则仅消耗少量血糖，不会消耗脂肪，达不到加强心肺功能效果。“五”是一周不少于5次运动。“七”是指运动后心跳必须达到170减去本人年龄之数。一般来说，“三、五、七”提示了运动量的标准。正常运动后出点汗，心跳呼吸加快，休息5～6分钟即可恢复，也是粗略的估量。日本人提倡万步运动，已为他们成为世界长寿之国奠定了基础。目前提倡的徒步旅行，更是集休闲、锻炼、养生、文化为一体的好运动方式。专家们同时注意到，既要静中有动，还要动中有静。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>2、怎样安静冥想呢？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>美国哈佛医学院研究证明，安静冥想，改善大脑活动、代谢、血压、呼吸、心率，使血压下降，有效地改善心肺功能。经测试，精神放松、肌肉放松、焦虑减轻、紧张激素的活跃程度下降，对防治各种疾病包括预防癌肿大有裨益。安静冥想的方法是，平卧或坐位，其鼻深呼吸气，腹部鼓起，吸气过程念“喜”；再以鼻和嘴缓缓呼气念在“哈”，直至肺部气体完全排空。每天练10到30分钟即可。即使练习几分钟对身体也有好处。彻底的静就是睡眠了。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>3、怎样保证良好的睡眠呢？ </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>人生三分之一的时间在睡眠。清代李渔说过“养生之诀，当以睡眠为先”。莎士比亚把睡眠称为“生命宴席”上的“滋补品”，“睡眠是一切精力的源泉，是病人的灵药。”巴甫洛夫称“睡眠是神经系统的镇静剂”。随着年龄的老化，睡眠也会老化。世界卫生组织（WHO）把“睡得香”列为健康的重要客观指标。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（1）做好睡前准备。睡前3小时不进食，可散步、洗热水澡或热水泡脚，每天定点上床。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（2）避免兴奋过度。老年交感神经活动兴奋性增强，因此睡前应避免引起情绪激动，如不看易激动的电视节目及体育比赛。夜尿增多，影响睡眠，因此睡前不要多饮水，特别是浓茶、咖啡易使大脑兴奋，更应少饮或不饮。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（3）重视睡眠环境。睡眠时，卧室应暗，宁静十分必要。声音超过35分贝就使人难于入睡。室温19～20度，不冷不热使人入睡。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（4）睡具舒适科学。不睡软床，最好睡硬质床。枕头以哑铃状为宜，仰卧取枕高5～9厘米为好。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（5）保持正确的睡姿和睡向。从养生角度看，以右侧卧位、两腿弯曲如弓状为宜。佛教胜地普陀山卧佛便是右卧，可见1100年前古人已科学地认识睡姿。取右卧，心脏在左不会受压，可使血流向腹部，流向肝脏，对肝代谢有利，也可使胃中食物顺利进入肠内，也利于胆囊中胆汁畅流，帮助消化，促进身体健康。有人调查，长寿老人常侧卧及仰卧交替，而以侧卧较多，占68.3%，尤以右卧式为多。说到睡向，头南足北最好。因为地球磁场由北极到南极，人白天站立时与地球接触面小，人体的生物电（心脏的生物电）受磁场干扰小。而平卧时采取头南足北，人体细胞电流方向即与地球磁场呈平衡状态，人体细胞有序化，产生相应磁化效应，气血运行畅通，代谢降低，能量消耗也可减少，心脏磁场不会受到地球磁场影响，有利于保护心脏健康。进入老年期，心脏功能逐渐减弱，这时降低心脏负担就显得更为重要了。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（6）睡时适当。睡眠时间大多数人每晚需7～9小时，有些人达10小时，午睡30分钟到1小时。晚间不应超过11点上床睡眠，绝对保证12点至第二日5点睡眠的黄金时间。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（7）睡宜冥想入静。入睡困难时，可采用入静冥想办法，也可采取意守丹田（即想肚脐周）或反复想蓝天白云景象，边默念“蓝天白云”，或连续边想边念“绿色草原，白色羊群”。只要一天中规律地动、静，实现平衡，您的精力、体力、身体会越来越好，进入良性循环。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>三、环境平衡 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>一切健康长寿的生命体，必须与环境保持平衡。要保护好适宜人类生活的大环境，创造并管好自己的小环境。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>1、重视生活规律 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>这是人类适应自然，天人合一平衡的自然规律。人的一切生理活动有周期性的节律，我们称生物钟，生物钟紊乱就会生癌，甚至死亡。对人的一生民间有种“魔鬼时刻”说法，“七十三，八十四，阎王不请自己去”，有一定的科学根据，人类逢七年或六年有一个周期，以七年为例，第一年神经内分泌系统旺盛，精力充沛，至第七年就衰减到最低，周而复始，到八十四正是低潮，加之过去最多活七十八岁，就难过七年的12个周期关。孔子活了73岁，老子活了84岁， 传说就以此为据了。一年中“魔鬼时刻”，指冬季、夏季，那是发病死亡多发季节，死亡率要比平时高出1.5倍。一周之中，德国司坦芬教授称“黑色星期一”，因心脑血管病发率及死亡率比其他天高出40%，芬兰专家也证明，星期一风最多，星期天降至最低。一天中6点至10点是危险时刻，血压增高，由卧到立耗氧增加1.7～3倍，心脏病及中风易发。世界卫生组织报告，心肌梗塞28%是发生在此段时间。午夜睡觉，暗藏玄机，血压最低，起夜时血管收缩，由卧到立，血压变化，耗氧增加。起夜起床三个半分钟（起床醒了躺半分钟，坐起在床上等半分钟，再在床沿坐半分钟然后立起）实属必要。欧美名酒威士忌的商标是一个长寿老人托马斯?伯尔，他活了152岁9个月，英国国王查理一世想见着位传奇老人，派人将他请到皇宫，改变了他的生活习惯和规律，不到一周就死亡。对老年人来说，生活规律，拨准生物钟更加重要，起床、大便、吃饭、活动、午休、喝水、锻炼、睡眠要定时安排，形成条件反射，对取得健康长寿的好处不可估量。世界闻名的康德教授有句名言，“一个人如果在生活中表现出杂乱无章、毫无次序和节制，他便不可能有充沛的精力和体力“。生活细节最佳是： </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（1）大便——晨起最佳。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（2）开窗换气——9～11时和14～16时，气温升高逆流层现象消失，利于新鲜空气进入。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（3）锻炼——15～16时或晚间。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（4）洗澡——临睡前。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（5）减肥——饭后45分钟，连续走20分钟，大约1600米，重复一次更好。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（6）刷牙——进食3分钟以内。因饭后3分钟口腔细菌开始分解齿间残渣中酸性物质，易腐蚀溶解牙釉质。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（7）睡眠——22时左右最佳。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（8）护扶——睡前。 </FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT color=#00ff00 size=5>（9）喝茶——饭后1小时，刚吃完饭喝茶，茶叶所含的鞣酸妨碍铁的吸收。 </FONT></P>
